The Centennial Hospitality group was born in 2004 in a small little ‘shack’ in Garden City, Colorado. The local community took to the Wing Shack’s unique spin on the buffalo sauce and the crispy chicken wing and before too long we realized we had created something special.

Today we have thirteen Wing Shack locations across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.

In 2018 we partnered to open Luna's Tacos & Tequila in Downtown Greeley and enjoy bringing a full service modern Mexican dining experience to Northern Colorado. Luna's features a scratch kitchen that builds tacos with a respect for authenticity and a passion for creativity, the spirits collection features over 300 tequilas, mezcals and other Mexican spirits.

Our newest endeavor, Sexy Sammies Chicken Tenders and Sandwiches, features fresh, all natural, hand breaded chicken tenders. Sammies is our modern take on a quick casual restaurant where we have fun with our favorite food, fried chicken!
